Orienting to the national major strategic demand, ICCS builds the international cooperation platform around six major themes, which include new substance creation and transformation, catalysis science and technology, energy storage and transformation, separation and purification technology, bionic materials and functional devices, and health monitoring and precision medicine. ICCS first established four scientific research teams: catalysis science, functional membrane material,  bionic interface chemistry, and theoretical calculation.
